How the Cold Plunge Works

  1. Cold plunge for a max of 15 minutes available. Most people spend about 1-5 minutes in the tub, depending on their body.

  2. Experience benefits on mental mindset, cognitive functioning, muscle fatigue, and hydration.

  3. Allow the body to naturally warm up. Then to break the chill, reset in the hot sauna for 10-15 minutes.
